Sinopsis: El Museo Nacional de Historia (MNH) resguarda un fragmento del único mural conservado del pintor Gerardo Murillo, Dr. Atl. La obra muestra una selección de construcciones novohispanas de la ciudad de Puebla, destacando las cúpulas como elemento principal. El estudio de la pieza permitió conocer su procedencia, el contexto y los proyectos en los que se enmarcó su elaboración, abundar en la trayectoria de su autor, así como los diversos acontecimientos que la llevaron a formar parte del acervo del MNH.
